VCA Veterinary Hospital of Leon Springs

I’ve been taking our dogs to VCA Leon Springs for a couple of years and prior to our two years we were going to VCA Henderson Pass, both places are very accommodating, the veterinarians are great with our pets and explain everything to us, the staff is very friendly and knowledgeable. The pet plans they offer are so worth looking into, we have had all our pets on their pet plan.

So far, after one visit with anew puppy and kitten, my impression of VCA is great. They answered questions I didn't know to ask. They were kind to me and my pets. What more can you ask for?

I have been using this Veterinary clinic for over 15 years and they have always provided exceptional care for my animals. Friendly and Knowledgeable staff, whether you have a dog or cat. We have recently brought two kittens in due to sudden symptoms. The staff was great about squeezing us in DAY OF! I feel like they genuinely care about our pets and their well being. They were also very prompt with their services and were thorough throughout the whole process. If I didn’t live almost an hour away- I would bring all five of my fur babies here! We even received a goodie bag as new patients, and a card in the mail after our first visit.

If I could give more stars I would. The only way anyone could have something negative to say about this place is because they have completely unrealistic expectations about convenience, quality, and customer service. The one review about how terrible it was waiting an hour was mind boggling to me... this isn’t a fast food restaurant!nnThe entire staff here has gone above and beyond for me and my dog. They are friendly, professional, and kind. I feel very strongly that they are all committed to helping animals and understand that their well-being is a priority. The care club is also excellent and enables me to afford the level of care I want for my dog, including the high cost of dental cleaning that would normally be much more difficult for me to pay for otherwise. Booking an appointment is incredibly easy, and I was actually contacted to bring my pet in much sooner than was available online because of the issue we needed to come in for. They made time for her and urged me to come in the next day.nnI literally drive over an hour to come here because I trust them and have had nothing but amazing treatment. They all deserve a raise. Thank you for everything you do!
