Edible Arrangements

I ordered an Edible Arrangement and they delivered the wrong arrangement to my best friend addressed to someone else. When I called to tell them they said they had already talked to her about it and were headed to pick up the arrangements and switch them out. I told them I was not okay with them taking her something someone else had already touched and had in their possession. First reply: “Your friend said it was okay”. Alright, but I paid for it and not her right? Plus when I talked to my friend later she confirmed this isn’t what was actually communicated. After being placed on hold they then told me that they marked hers as delivered on accident and it was still in the truck but they were going to pick up the wrong item delivered to my friend to deliver it to the right person. I gave feedback that I was still disappointed in that because the other person is still getting an arrangement someone else has already touched and had in their possession. The woman just said she understood and that was it. I don’t believe anything that was told to me. I think they did indeed just unswitch the deliveries putting both my best friend and the other customer at risk. I understand mistakes happen and I’m disappointed a better solution wasn’t offered. I feel like they should’ve fixed their own mistake and made a fresh arrangement to be delivered to both parties. Especially given the current circumstances with the pandemic. How can we really ensure they are taking the necessary precautions to keep providing their services in a safe manner when something like this happens? 2 hours later I called because it hadn’t been delivered yet when supposedly it was already on the way. Finally 3 and half hours later it was delivered. Would give 0 stars if I could and I will never order from here again.

They apparently dropped the arrangement I ordered for a friend as they were delivering it. So they gave her half the order (a small box of chocolates) without the arrangement. They ended up delivering it two days later. When they called to follow up, they were minimally apologetic. No discount offered, no coupon for a future use. Just an, “oh I’m sorry we dropped it and delivered it two days after her birthday.” Terrible customer service.

Missed picking up an order due to car issues. They made us pay for it by not making it again until we got there and waiting about 25 minutes. Should have thought to just ask for a refund.

After our order San Pedro order being canceled and with no time to even discuss other options, our Birthday Surprise order came the day after and at a much later time - that was disappointing; however, the fruit bouquet was nonetheless delicious! Fresh fruit, sweet yet perfect balance of chocolate, and the presentation were all perfect!nnUpdated Review: Ordered the “You Have My Heart Berries & Apples” two dozen that came in a large heart shaped box + a single Cheesecake topped with a Chocolate Strawberry. Overall, I was impressed. The time of delivery was just right. Strawberries and apples were almost fresh and the presentation overall was perfect!nnMy partner was happy which then made me happy. Great service! Beautiful presentation. Good customer service.

The placing of order was easy online and the placing of same-day delivery was even before the time they instructed. My friend received her arrangement, and she did note that everything was fresh. Thank you for a great, first time experience with you all!
