Omro Animal Hospital is amazing, they are very kind and compassionate. I never feel like I'm being taken advantage of and they involve us in the decision making for our pets. They're reasonably priced for the excellent service they provide!
Love this place because they love my dogs. They always give the best care and were so helpful when I was first starting out with my first dog and had so many questions.
The Dr. I saw was very professional, friendly, informative and helpful. The technician I saw before her though was very short and appeared irritated when I asked questions or asked for clarification on medications and dosages. . If this happens on future visits I will take my business elsewhere.
The staff was friendly, the vet was very thorough. They were genuinely concerned about the health of my pet. Highly recommend.
I first brought my dog to Omro Animal Hospital during the Safer at Home order and they did everything they could to make it easy on both myself and my dog. Speaking to Dr. Marx over the phone was pleasant and she was more than happy to answer my multitude of questions as a first time puppy owner. The vet techs are very kind and knowledgeable. Looking forward to having a healthy pup cared for by the staff here. Highly recommend.
