I purchased 25 strawberry plugs. They came quickly, all arrived in marvelous condition and cautiously packaged, and I only lost one (through my own fault). Outstanding service and quality, I will be ordering from them again :)
Never bought or even be to this location but a good sign of a responsible company is they monitor and respond to poor ratings and acknowledge high ratings. These guys don't appear to do either. Makes me leery.
Ordered 3 small prostrate rosemary. Box left on my doorstep last night. I found it when I let my dog out at 6 am. Package shipped USPS and had been crushed on one end. Inside were my plants rattling around with no packing around them so the dirt had spilled out and their roots were dry. The plants had been stuck in the box with only tape around top edges. Had they been packed properly and in better box might have been alright. . I received no email of shipment so I did not know they were coming. USPS left them outside too.i received a call from Adam who was so nice. Replacing my plants and sending them out right away. Will order from them again. Lovely customer service.
I am surprised at the poor reviews. I had a great experience with Greenwood Nursery. I called them about purchasing a large quantity of dwarf green mondo grass. They gave me a landscaper’s discount since I was purchasing so many. I drove out to them - they had the plants ready for me and loaded them for me as well. The plants are very healthy and the roots are strong. I would definitely recommend them.
I cannot recommend. Orange butterfly bushes are a finicky and slow growing plant and good-sized, healthy plants are difficult to come by. This company does not describe there plant sizes and they do not have pictures of their stock either. Many other companies do in order to get an idea of what you are ordering.nnI requested a picture of their stock (something they should have on hand or can easily be taken). After three emails, I finally got a response, which was nothing more than excuse after excuse.nnI was not looking to have my pick or anything like that. I just wanted to see what they were selling as a gallon plant.nnI’ve typically had poor luck with Tennessee nurseries and this one is no different. Save your money and look elsewhere.
