We had ordered a plant from another florist in Memphis. We were totally disappointed when we visited the person we had sent the arrangement. We took the plant back. The other florist did not offer to make this right. Now to discuss Rachel's....nWe showed up on a Saturday .. we told the incredibly nice staff we needed a new arrangement in a hurry. They went out of their way to help- building a creative and beautiful arrangement in probably 20 minutes. They are our heros and superstars! I may find a picture and post later. GREAT JOB, RACHEL'S!!
Called for a last minute delivery and they definitely came through for me! Rachel helped describe a few options and sent me a picture of the final product and it looked better than I could've imagined it
Lisa was super helpful over the phone - I ordered a custom arrangement, and even though they were out of my initial flower request, they went above and beyond to create the most amazing bouquet. Very moderately priced too! Made my friend's birthday day and mine as well. Highly recommend!!
This business is for the old Colonizers only, passive aggressive and prejudice...but I'm willing to be a human and give her 5 stars, wanted to be disrespectful but I shall leave it alone...
I called from out of town to have flowers delivered for a friend's birthday, and Lisa took my order. She was polite and professional and had some great suggestions; I ultimately left it up to her to create an arrangement in my price range. My friend absolutely loved it! She sent a picture, and it was gorgeous. Huge thanks to Rachel's, and especially to Lisa, for bringing such joy!
