I wish I could put 10 stars down. I can’t say enough about how fantastic my experience was with Bill and Flowers of Memphis. I live in Chicago and needed to get some flowers for a dear friend who lost his son. I didn’t have the correct arrangements and he went above and beyond to make sure that the beautiful flowers were delivered to the right location and on time. The best customer service I’ve ever experienced and the flowered were incredible! Thank you so much. You really are the best!
I needed a gift for my sister for her birthday! I was looking for a good florist, and I decided to try “Flowers of Memphis” as this was in the delivery area of my sisters home. The flowers and design was so much more than was expected. John went over and above honoring the request to make a spray with the Tennessee Volunteers in mind. The Orange variety of flowers with white compliments sure stood apart from other sprays. The flowers were fresh and wonderful. He saw they were delivered in plenty of time for the visitation. We called approx 1 1/2 hr before closing on the 13th to order our daughter a last minute Valentine's floral arrangement. Gave brief instructions and details.but when I say these people showed out..WELL PLEASED OF THE PICTURE OUR DAUGHTER SENT US..very professional when listening to my needs and our daughter loved it!
