Would never ever recommend this florist. We sent are sister flowers, they were nothing like the pictures. Bate and Switch. No one answers the phone if you call the number listed. Zero customer service.
I received an arrangement yesterday from Flowers and more. After being told that my flowers were delivered, twice, they finally arrived. It looks nothing like the arrangement that was requested [see pictures of arrangement requested]. It arrived to my home with broken flowers, a plastic succulent and the card was a fold piece of printer paper. I prefer to support local but don’t recommend using this florist. Charging people over 100 bucks for this thrown together mess, is just wrong!
My boyfriend sent me a flower arrangement and the roses were wilted, almost as if someone decided to bend them purposefully, and some flowers were already dead. There was no life in them and felt like wet hair. The note he wrote to me was printed on simple copy paper and should not be worth as much as it is. Flowers that are two days without water should not be wilted this bad. Not worth how much you pay for.
Well this place has come a long way because the arrangement was beautiful. exactly as the picture described on the website.
Very unprofessionally arranged. I was so disappointed when I received them. My guy wanted to send something to pick up my day and this was such a shock! I can't believe they sold this for 74 dollars. He called and they gave a 10% discount and that was insulting in my opinion. I don't recommend this company.nUpdate: Owner contacted me on post to her website and stated basically I got what I paid for. Because order was placed through 3rd party. No apology for the horrible job. She only said she was sorry I FELT THAT WAY. She said I was welcome to call her.nMy reviews will always be 100% authentic.
