Ordered online for Bartlett delivery. I couldn't have been more pleased with the flower selection. Full roses and blooms. The rich, deep colors were beautiful and looked better than in the pictures!
I ordered a birthday arrangement for my cousin out of town, and I mistakenly specified her old address. After the flowers didn’t arrive to my cousin, I realized my mistake, called Pugh’s while kicking myself and they offered to send another arrangement to the correct address that same day, free of charge. The flowers arrived and they were beautiful! I so appreciate the beautiful arrangement and the graciousness of the staff to help rectify my mistake.
I pick up postmates from here! The ladies who work there are so nice and helpful! Great service and Great people!
My Brother transitioned and I just could not get organized in my mind as to what spray I needed to choose from my side of the family. I have always shopped online with Pugh's and have never been disappointed. But this time, I needed help to custom a difference, so I went to the florist personally. I was met with smiles. I explained my dilemma. The young lady made my experience so easy to customize what I wanted which I could not find online. Even staff who was not assisting me felt my hurt and would offer other suggestions. A beautiful experience. One staff person walked over and gave my daughter and I a stemmed flower....that personal touch. I will always return to Pugh's and am so grateful for their help today.
I visited the store and was met with unsatisfactory service. One inexperienced worker tried to assist but was clearly not sure what was going on. Asked the elder workers for help and they were eating and reluctant to contribute to making sure the possible customer was taken care of. I had to make suggestions to possibly remedy the situation but they were less than helpful. Not sure what the issue was with providing me quality service but I didn't receive it and I am very disappointed.
