I am very upset with the location on Whitten Rd. I went in there yesterday, and wired a plant to Chicago for my aunt on the passing of my cousin. His service was today, and the lady that took my order assured me that it would be delivered to my aunt today. Now I'm not sure who dropped the ball, but why would I pay extra money for a service that has yet to be rendered. My aunt called me, and said that she has not received anything from me. I think communication needs to be maintained with the Florist Shop that will be delivering the floral to maintain that it has been done. I'm very upset, because was my way of expressing to my aunt how much I loved my cousin, and her. Pugh's I need this fixed!!!!!!ud83dude25ud83dude15ud83dude15 My aunt received her plant at 6:30pm that night. I did not tell Pugh's what time it should be delivered, but I wasn't expecting a 6:30 pm delivery also.

When I call a business for goods and service, I expect friendly and expert service. When I called to place a 70th birthday roses/balon order for my wife, I expected them to be the expertise and have correct information. I did not think about my wife's birthday falling on a holiday and delivery not available and what really made me mad was calling the house asking my wife to speak to me about being closed on the holiday and totally ruining the surprise element of delivering flowers! When I stated my feelings to the girl on the phone I did not like her attitude at all like it was my fault. I feel I should have been told that when I placed the order for the date of delivery which I could have made other arrangements. At this point, it it doubtful I ever use Pews Florist again! I have used Pews for years and have had a few other minor complaints but this one really did it for me,.

They forgot part of the order called them and they not only brought the rest of the order right back out but gave us a second set of flowers no charge!!

Such a sad process trying to purchase flowers for a funeral service. But the woman helping me was just wonderful. I was surprised by the quality of arrangements for the price. Would definitely recommend this company for any of your floral needs. And your supporting local business, always a plus.
