I contacted Nakeisha the owner for a quote for wedding flowers. It’s been almost a month and I never received the quote.nnI’m an out of state bride getting married at Heartwood Hall and her communication was TERRIBLE. I emailed multiple times and she still didn’t even know what I wanted and had to text me to ask.nnThe kicker for me was when I started following her on instagram and she posts on social media normally daily so I never understood why she couldn’t respond to my inquiry.nnI was referred to Nakeisha by someone but would never recommend her or her business as her lack of communication can really stress a bride out.nnI contacted another local florist who was so responsive and It took only 2 days for them to get me set up with pictures of what my bouquets will look like and send me an invoice , and I was able to pay right away.nnTrust me, take your wedding flower business elsewhere!
