This has been my go-to florist since I moved to the area and they never disappoint! I pop in here to buy flowers all the time and have used them for many special occasions as well including thanksgiving recently. I got so many compliments on the autumnal arrangement they put together. They also have a nice selection of vases and pots of assorted sizes for your arrangements. Highly recommend.

I ordered flowers on Tuesday that were scheduled to be delivered that Saturday. On Saturday, I called to check to make sure everything was okay. NO ANSWER FOR AN HOUR AND A HALF (and their website said they were open!) Finally when they picked up the phone, they didn’t apologize for the fact that I’d called 15 times. Also, they don’t have a voicemail box. When I called later in the day to ask when they would be delivered (at about 3 o’clock) I was told they would leave in about 30 minutes. All fine and dandy. My grandmother got the flowers about an hour later without the ballon! I paid extra for a balloon that they didn’t have gas for. Did they tell me that they didn’t have the balloon ready the TWO times I called? NO! INSTEAD THEY TOLD MY GRANDMOTHER THEY WOULD BRING THE BALLOON NEXT WEEK. why didn’t they tell me? And why did they decide it’s acceptable to bring my grandmothers “HAPPY BIRTHDAY” balloon next week... not on her birthday. I love supporting local businesses but I will never order from here again.

I called to place an order. They were extremely helpful with photos and I gave them a price range they said they could work with. Before sending out the flowers they sent me a photo and the flowers were just beautiful. I would highly recommend using this business for any of your floral needs. Thank you!

Ordered a bouquet for Mother's Day 2020 to be delivered on the Saturday before. Flowers were never delivered and the phone line has been disconnected so I cannot get a hold of anyone. I grew up hunting the area and frequenting the local shops in Somerville so I would much prefer to support local but this is ridiculous. I should be able to trust what I paid for will be delivered since I'm now living in NC. Will be disputing the charge with the bank today.

Great shop. I use them each year to deliver flowers to my aunt. Perfect each year. I was sadden to see Jennifer Carstensen give a bad review. I used her to sell my house in Oakland. Be aware, she is an awful realtor agent. I trusted her because I was in another state. Bad experience with her! So do not trust her reviews.
