Friendly service had the fall cemetery arrangement I was looking for
My friends and I placed a flower order for our friend and their family who recently lost a loved one and we are highly upset with our experience with this florist. The names addressed on the card were incorrect, the names who the flowers were from were spelled wrong, they sent the wrong flowers, and a vase instead of the basket we picked out. Everything was confirmed through an email and what the family got was completely opposite. I’ve tried called the shop all morning with the number listed and no one is answering. We will not be ordering from this florist again!

I recently lost my oldest nephew tragically in a car accident.(5-24-19) He was 32 years old, he was recently married, he had a very young son, Brentley Wayne Smith.This flower shop went above and beyond good customer service. They treated me like a welcome neighbor, even a family friend. The woman I spoke to was on May 25th, 2019, In the early morning.She listened to my concerns and confirmed what I wanted. Was pleasantly surprised when the Funeral Home sent pictures of the arrangement, it was beautiful.nAlways go local, they never disappoint.
