This is the nicest animal clinic I have ever been to with my cat. Kind, professional, and clean. Staff is very compassionate!!!!ud83dudc96nUpdate:. I was a little miffed after my cat's visit last year. The staff acted as if building the bill was more important than the care of my cat. With the new transition things seemed a little shakey at first. However this pandemic has made their business blow the doors off with pet ownership making huge gains. This is great for the pet population in shelters. I had to bring my 14 year old cat in for a skin condition that was getting worse. Even though I wasn't able to go in, the staff took excellent care of him. I am so happy to get Calvin the care that he needed. This made me so happy!!!!!

Very accommodating and great with my little Jackson. Very caring when I had to let my Cheecha go, too. They took great care of her for the 12 years she chose me to be her human.

While observing the covid guidelines. The ladies still keep that personal touch and love with my cats!!

Kind and prompt referring to the clinic and staff. We didn't have to wait long in the car.

I had two dogs coming to this clinic. Last week my dog was stung by a bee and her mouth was puffy. I called, just because I always over react and get worked up over the tiniest issues when it comes to my dogs. They told me I should bring her in immediately. That it was an emergency because she could stop breathing. I brought my other dog in today for some vaccines. Again, heard “if you don’t get this vaccine your pet could die.” Followed up with “do you even know what this vaccination is?” Very rude and degrading. My animals are my babies and I want the absolute best for them. What vaccines they do or do not receive is my decision. Just like the flu shot, some vaccinations are not needed or mandatory. I only get the vaccines that I believe my animals should get. If I say no to this place, they continue to push and use fear as a tactic to get me to agree to the service. Will be taking BOTH of my animals somewhere else. After posting about this online, I realized that quite a few people have had not the best experience with this place.
