Ordered Christmas cactus horrible!!! Refused the thing . Called and requested the actual one I ordered .nI was told that the wrong one was delivered someone else received the much more expensive one.nThat the next business day at 3pm I'd receive a better one.nI was inside my husband was outside room the unacceptable same twigs plant different pot the most ugly pot ! But better than the plastic from day before . Left over pot from summer (?) I posted pictures . I was told the on line florist company recieved a portion of money. Still this plant came from Lowes at best $10 not the exorbitant price!
I live in Louisville, KY, but my mother lives in Rockwood and works in Kingston. This past Mother’s Day I wanted to send flowers to her work the Friday before to catch her off guard. I spoke with someone from Rosemary’s to arrange the delivery. They were super helpful in guiding me as I know nothing about flowers, and I was more than appreciative that they took on my request last minute. The bouquet was BEAUTIFUL! My Mom said they were the prettiest flowers she had ever received. If you don’t live in the area and are looking for a florist you know you can trust, you don’t need to look any further.

These people left an expensive arrangement of roses on my front porch in 90 something degree heat and then said well the buyer insisted we leave them. I don't care who insisted, you do not leave roses in any amount of heat and all florist should know that.
I love this shop! They have beautiful merchandise and the cupcakes are heaven!! Combine the homely feel with the super nice staff and you've got a wonderful local shop! I highly recommend this place!
