A florist with true southern charm, I had no idea what flowers I wanted yet they exceeded all my dreams.

They came to our home on December 23rd at 7:00 at night. The flowers were fresh and they went the extra mile to get them in Kingston on time

They just delivered very beautiful white roses for me. Omg some of best work I have seen. Thank you!!!

Where to start.. my boyfriend ordered me flowers for Valentine's Day days before the occasion requesting they be delivered to my work as a surprise. Valentine's was on Friday and the day came and went with no delivery or even a phone call to advise they were not going to be delivered at all. He emailed them the next day to ask why, especially since he was charged $32.95 for delivery. He received a response the flowers would be delivered that coming Monday, which OK but still missed the whole point of ordering flowers for a Valentines Day surprise. Monday came and went, again no flower delivery and no communication at all. He called and was told he would be refunded 50% and the flowers would be delivered the next day, by this point it is Tuesday which is 4 days after the scheduled delivery. Well, the flowers were delivered Tuesday and was a nice arrangement but also appeared that it was put together in a hurry with TONS of greenery. It is now not even a full 72 hours after delivery and at least 7 of the roses are wilted and dying. You would think that with the additional time it took them for delivery the product would be of a much nicer quality. We will NEVER order flowers from this florist again. They did a great job of making a Valentine's Day we will never forget but in all the wrong ways, also to note this is our first Valentine's together :(

My fiance ordered me flowers from here, he was guaranteed delivery by noon to my office. The floral shop called me at 2:45pm asking where my office was located. I informed the lady on the phone that I was no longer working, that I get off work at 2:30 so she suggested I come and pick up my flowers. I told her I would do that then she asked me when I would be by to pick them up bc the flowers weren't made up yet.nnWhen I arrived at the shop they compensated me with 2 chocolates. Wow.
