Above and beyond! I ordered flowers this morning (from NY) to deliver to a local ice cream shop requesting something fun. They were delivered this afternoon (the recipient couldn't wait to send a picture) looking better than I could have imagined. There was a glass vase waffle cone & the flowers look like the ice cream, including more flowers around the bottom, a scoop plus more! More than I could have asked for. Thank you Sam you nailed it!

I ordered flowers on a Monday for a funeral on Wednesday. I went to the funeral and the things that I ordered were not there. Called the florist to inquire and they claimed they would be there in 15 minutes. They never showed at all. I paid for $200 worth of flowers and a throw, that I never received. Who does this??? Seriously?!!!

After paying for the premium upgrade on an arrangement, the flowers came with less flowers than pictured in the basic setting. Not to mention it was a completely different arrangement than ordered.nnSpend your money elsewhere if you are ordering online.
