I called to make sure that my order had gone through and they were very helpful. Super friendly and the prices were great. I would definitely do business here again.
Ordered a plant online, paid for it, and they called to tell me that planter wasnt available. Wouldn't have been a problem if they had any of the others I wanted, but they were out of the 2 other planters also. Now my account is charged $100 and waiting for a refund so I can't buy them elsewhere. Card should never be charged until arrangement is completed. Woman I spoke with was not apologetic and didn't care. A larger arrangement or something could have been offered in it's place.
The flowers that we ordered today were absolutely beautiful. Were perfect for the occasion. It's nice to have a business know and care about your employees. Knight's has always provided us with stunning arrangements.
I needed flowers delivered quickly and Knight's was amazing! The flowers were fresh and beautiful! The colored mason jar vase was a perfect touch! I will definitely use Knight's Flowers again! Excellent customer service!
I live out of state and wanted to send get well flowers for my friend who lives in TN. - I used this florist because they were local to my friend.
