Just received a very disappointing arrangement. One side of arrangment higher than the order. You could tell which side was the backside. Broken flower. Roses were WIDE open. Was told they came that way. I KNOW my daughter's taste, this IS NOT what she order. No offer to try to correct it.nnI realize it's Valentine's week-end and they are very busy. However, if they cared of customer satisfaction, they could have offered to make me happy and send something else next week. Mini carnations and etc. would have been better than this. and I like carnations!nn***** STAR, they delivered UP the mountain in the dark and rain. Now that is great delivery service.
Not completely satisfied at all.... Nothing like the picture requested. Didn't pinch off the dead layer of the rose. Spelled name wrong. Just all around misleading. Will be using other florists from now on.
