Absolutely love my flowers from Cupid’s Petals! Amazing quality. My husband has bought me flowers from chain florist before the flowers were browning, half dead and overall were just sad. Not the case here! They are beautiful, full arrangements! Flowers are a mix of full and half bloomed so they open up a little after receiving them. It’s like a gift that keeps giving days after getting them. The owner is kind and is always willing to help my husband put together a gorgeous arrangement. I could not have picked a better option for my elopement to Gatlinburg. From placing my order, to the day of my wedding, the florist, Mara, did an amazing job of customer service and delivered the most beautiful floral arrangements I’ve ever seen. She took a few simple ideas I had and asked me questions I wouldn’t have otherwise thought of in order to help me give words to what I was envisioning. Pricing was very reasonable, and they accommodated me when I called just days before my wedding to change my order from pick up to delivery. Honestly, I can’t recommend them enough!

Can’t say enough good things about my experience with Cupid’s Petals. I called at 11:30 the day of my wedding to get a bouquet for my wife and two smaller matching bouquets for my daughters. Mara said she could have them at the requested time of 3:00. I showed up at 3:00, and my bouquets were beautiful and ready to go, all sized perfectly. I gave her a color scheme based on a photo of flowers that I liked, and they crafted some beautiful bouquets. We live in middle TN. We’ll be back to Gatlinburg many times in the future, and Cupid’s will be the place we buy flowers. Good people, great company, excellent artists/florists. Thank you for everything, my wife and daughters couldn’t be happier.

Mara and her staff did a phenomenal job of assisting me with my order. We were able to create my perfect bouquet via phone, and arranged for flowers to be placed on my wedding cake as well. The bouquet was absolutely perfect. I highly recommend Cupid’s Petals for all florist and wedding florals!

Honestly the flowers were gorgeous! The only reason I give a 4/5 is because there was a lack of communication. I asked for a petite bouquet, but received a full size bridal bouquet. Additionally, I had a very specific color scheme that I wanted, but ended up with much lighter roses. I wasn't told this until we were at the shop to pick up the bouquet and at that point it was too late to do anything about it. Still gorgeous, but I am very detail oriented and those two things bothered me a bit.
