All Occasion Florist

I always send my mom flowers for her birthday, every year I struggle with her getting what I paid for or what I requested. This year, was amazing. She recently moved to TN and this florist did exactly what I ordered. I’m beyond happy to finally have success. Will use them next time again for sure!

We ordered arrangements for our son’s funeral. We were assured the flowers would be delivered to the funeral home in time for them to bring them to the church. The funeral home even called a half hour before they were going to depart for the church. The flowers hadn’t arrived at their departure time. Once I found out the situation, I started calling two hours before the service which was two hours after their posted opening time. The phone went unanswered for over an hour. The funeral home finally had to send someone to the shop and was told the flowers would be arriving in the next few minutes. 45 minutes and two phone calls later, a driver arrived with the arrangements only half an hour before the service and in the middle of visitations. He had to ask what to do with the casket spray. No apologies, no explanation. Very rude. I would never recommend this company to anyone. Added immense stress to an already stressful day and almost ruined it completely. The flowers were beautiful.

Very good service. I was in this florist shop last week. I had a very good experience our flowers were beautiful. The only thing uncomfortable was an older man entered the store trying to be a show off screaming and offending the very kind older lady that worked there. If there were any problems with his order there for sure is a different way of speaking and getting clarification especially from a older lady. However they does not reflect on her or the shop. She was very polite with him and did a excellent job with our orders and well as dealing with his rude attitude.

Ok, I received a dozen of brown, wilted(supposed to have been red & yellow)roses on the Friday before Valentine's day from my amazing husband! Not only were the roses in terrible shape, the card (not to mention was on a Christmas card) was written sloppy and unprofessional! On top of all of that, the vase was awful and very cheap! My husband spent $125.00 to be the wonderful man he is only to be ripped off and put together by people who have no care or interest in making things right!

Please read entirely. Driving to work I googled florist in Sevierville. This place popped up first, I made a mistake and didn't read their previous reviews. I am in business in Sevierville, my wife is in banking in Sevierville. I am busy and took photos of my 125.00 Valentines day bouquet. That's right look what 125.00 gets you at All Occasion. I brought my pictures back on Monday, March the 1st hoping to explain my disappointment and return the 2.00 vase and card that was written on a Christmas card of all things, not Valentines. I am not a freeloader, I only asked for a discount on this terrible bouquet. I treated her respectfully, I know the importance of controlling your anger when having the feeling of being ripped off. Someone named Trent who said he was the owner but has no last name offered another dozen for free. So another $10.00 worth of flowers, I declined. I asked for a 50% discount that is all it would have taken for me to have not written this review. Yes, I know I was late getting there. I thought the picture of this horrendous looking glob of old wilted roses would be sufficient, it wasn't. In small town business, the customer is always right, especially over 60 dollars. You do what you need to do to make people happy, not Trent. I am very disappointed in them, please don't waste your money on this place. Should be 0 stars.
