I ordered an arrangement for a special occasion for my granddaughter. I ordered by phone and Elsa was very nice, helpful and efficient. The arrangement was beautiful and delivered as planned.

The florist was very communicative. Efficient. Beautiful flowers. Good mannered ladies at the store. I appreciate that everyone had their masks on and it was clean. Thank you for a great bouquet!

Beautiful flowers and staff is top notch.

I picked up Christmas themed mantel garland on Tuesday, Dec. 8, and then returned it shortly afterwards as the bow (centerpiece) was not in the middle; actually off by 7 to 8 inches, which was not noticeable when I first picked it up, but was definitely noticeable when placed on the mantel. I drove back to the store and the bow was moved to the center so I thought all was well. Usually I'm okay with asymmetry, but it is so very obvious where the bow was prior to being moved. There are lovely pinecones and red berries next to the bow on the right, but a void to the left of the bow (red berries and pinecones on the left are 7 to 8 inches away from the bow).nnThe garland is lovely nonetheless, but not the quality I expected. I know this is a busy time for florists and I struggled whether to write this review, but ultimately I think it is important for businesses to know when a customer is not completely satisfied.

I am from Nashville, TN. Ordered flowers for my mother in law's funeral which was in Chattanooga, TN. When we arrived at the funeral home the flower spray did not looked as pictured on the website, we felt like all the other spray arrangement which had arrived from other florist completely out did the one we ordered from Blossom Designs. I called Blossom to express my disappointment and received a call back from the owner who apologized explaining that some of the flowers were not fully opened due to the season. She stated she would be happy to discount the cost and that is exactly what she did. We were still not happy with the flowers but the great customer service made up for them.
