Outstanding service and value! I called them in the morning close to opening time. They had my mother's birthday bouquet and basket of her favorite candy bars delivered to her within 2 hours, even on an icy and snowing day like today. I will certainly utilize their services again.nn*update*nIt's 12 days now since she got her beautiful arrangement and it's still going!

I called from Wisconsin to get flowers for a friend in surgery. Elizabeth when WAAAY above and beyond for me! Turns out the hospital he was in was Knoxville and she called to get info. on him to be sure of address (3 different surgical centers) so I'd know which address to send flowers to and suggested a florist there! She was so upbeat and helpful I chose to deliver them to the house later that week when he'd be home and she said she'd make sure to call first that someone would be there to get them! It wasn't a huge order but her service certainly was!!!

Ordered my MIL a dozen red roses and they were beautiful...4 days later and just opening.They are gorgeous..would def recommend and will use again!

Always have good luck with them. They even offer extra's such as candy to send with the flowers (My wife loves that part)
