Frans Flowers

I ordered the country basket blooms for my mother for Mother’s Day. I spoke with Kathy when I placed the order and asked her not to put roses in the basket. Her response to me was OK, IF they’re real don’t add roses. I didn’t catch what she said until after I hung up. The flowers were delivered to my mother, and it was a completely different arrangement that they threw together. The flowers that I ordered were in a basket, and had butterflies. The arrangement that was delivered was in a vase none of the flowers were the same, It was a mini roses and completely different flowers than what was in the picture. I was never advised or asked to switch the flowers out. There were no butterflies either. when I spoke to Kathy she said“ well your mom liked the arrangement“. that isn’t the point. That is not what I ordered and it wasn’t a cheap arrangement. She didn’t make an effort to resolve the issue. She told me she would call me back and never did. So I decided to call her back two days later and I left a voicemail. She never return my call. Now, it’s three days later and I have called five times and she doesn’t pick up. This is poor customer service and I do not recommend this place to anyone!!!

June 11, 2014, for my husband’s funeral, Fran made the most beautiful casket cover of red rosebuds for me and the price was very affordable. Great florist! She had been my husband’s florist always and never once disappointed and the work she did on this piece was no exception? She is thorough and so honest as a business owner. She is always willing to go further than the extra mile. Thank you Fran for your friendship and love thru the years. jacquie

Wonderful and friendly service! Fran even offered to send me a picture of the arrangement before sending it over to the funeral home & I was so delighted because I've never had that sort of service! And the prices for arrangements are very, very reasonable. Thank you Fran's Flowers for adding a beautiful touch to a special gift. If I am in the area again, I know who to call!

Just call in an order. The lady was real nice. I look to see what the flowers look like Saturday when I get to the funeral home.nI have use Fran before and she always does a good job,
