Linda always provides the most wonderful customer service. She is thoughtful & designs the most beautiful & detailed arrangements.

Although really friendly and did a great job on flowers (this is a local florist) I am from out of town and could not get a copy of my receipt. I called 4 times and was promised one, but never received. This was for a company credit card and I needed for my records. If it wasn't for this I would have rated 5 stars!

Very rude and unprofessional to still be talking about what you are not willing to do before hanging up the phone. I could still hear the lady stating that she wouldnt deliver. Will never call this place again. Called another shop in the area who was happy to help me.
