I cannot give a review of the actual product as I have yet to receive it. The order was place nearly 3 months ago after hearing nothing. I contacted them and was given a date the first order I placed would ship. Five days later after still not receiving confirmation of shipment and a tracking number I called and was told the order was complete and was assured it would ship that day once again there was no tracking number sent. I placed two orders with them and had wanted to place a third but at this point I don’t even know if I will receive what I have already ordered.
I received one of these beads almost 9 years ago when my grandmother passed and loved it! When my other grandmother passed this year I knew I wanted to do the same for my family with this passing. I reached out to the company and told them that due to me wearing my last bead so much, I beat it up pretty bad. Without missing a beat they told me to send it to them when I mailed my current flowers and they would re-seal it at no charge! I cant tell you how excited I am that they stand behind their product to this extent! I just got all my new beads and my old one and could not be more impressed with how good they all look! Thank you! I will be recommending this company to everyone who will listen
Amazing! Love my BellaBead and the sweet memory it brings of my loved one. I had one bead that the ring came out and they were so great about making me a new one for no charge plus they fixed my broken bead and returned it to me. They were quick, kind and generous!! Will definitely use them again!!
I highly recommend Flowers Forever! The employees are extremely helpful and nice. I had two sets of earrings and a tie clip made out of my Dad's flowers and they all turned out beautifully. I won't use another company for anything related to preserving flowers again.
Cristina is a true Professional and her staff, that includes Tina, is Amazing! They are so thoughtful and sincere! Their shop is so quaint but filled with samples of all of the things they can create with flowers, ashes and fur! I would only Recommend this business and no other to take care of your keepsakes!
