Windsor Animal Hospital

My brother and sister-in-law introduced my husband and me to this hospital. I am so happy with the level of care my 2 cats get here! Best staff ever and doctors are knowledgeable and friendly! They can be very busy but it’s because so many people trust them with their fur babies. When we were there last week there was 2 emergencies that increased our wait time a small bit but they dropped everything and saved those pets lives! Makes me happy because now I know they would do the same for my cats and not make me go to an emergency hospital during business hours like my last vet did. They really care! All the people there!

Everyone has been very pleasant and easy to speak with. I would recommend this place 10X over to anyone! Everyone is so nice!

I want to start by saying my vet visit was great, informative and professional. The doctor as well as other staff were friendly and helpful to answer any questions. However when I returned just to pick up a medication for my dog , the male receptionist came up to the desk, where I had already been standing, waiting for 5 minutes. He walked past me without a greeting or anything. Sat and got on the phone, then proceeded to cash out another customer who was standing behind me. The customer even told him, that I was there first, which he could clearly see as I was @ the desk. He proceeded to check her out anyway and then did something else before even acknowledging me, only after I started looking at him crazy because of his behavior. Finally, he decided to help me after there was no one else left @ the counter for him to take ahead of me. I don’t know what this was motivated by, but I was the only Black woman in the waiting room. This is disrespectful but I’m not gonna let his ignorance stop me from getting my dog the best care. I just think this office needs to retrain their staff, if they are going to allow customers to be treated this way. Also, a few other employees walked up to the reception area and only one male employee greeted me, everyone else just kept going.

Dr. Causey and Dr. Re are the best. They took care of both my dogs, Ginger Rogers the beagle and Jeb the Walker hound until they died. Jeb had to be put down recently and Dr. Causey was wonderful. I now have two cats who are seeing them, Peter Pan and Wendy Darling. The staff is great and very friendly and helpful.
