Update: this establishment never spoke to me several times post delivery (why would they?!). No plant food incl, and regardless of what your response claims, the roses wilted shortly after receipt. Sorry, but lying is never a good business practice. Do not recommend.nnI received flowers for my birthday and my friends overseas had them ordered via Carmel Florist. While the bouquet looked gorgeous upon arrival, it didn’t include any plant food and the roses wilted after 2 days. Most renowned flower shop operations give a 7 days freshness guarantee, especially given the high prices for flowers here. Disappointed :-(

May experience was great! They were very helpful at the store and my order went smooth. The flowers were fresh and smelt amazing. I highly recommend them!

I have had 2 experiences with this flower shop. Both times the flowers died within 2 days of purchase. For Valentines Day I received flowers from harris teeter and this shop, and the flowers from harris teeter are still good, and the flowers from this shop are ready to go to trash. The other time my husband got me peonies from this shop, and they also died within few days. I WOULDN'T RECOMMEND this place.

I have worked with Carmel Florist twice now. Both times were wonderful. The first was on Mother’s Day— the original flower company I used (online) canceled my order the morning of. I called Carmel and Elena was so empathetic. She worked with me and got someone out to my mom’s house the same day! I was shocked, as it was a holiday, but she made it work. My mom said it was absolutely beautiful.nI worked with Elena again this time, for my grandma’s birthday. She, again, went above and beyond with her communication to make sure my grandma has a lovely bouquet and card to wake up to tomorrow.nI don’t write a ton of reviews, but she really deserves recognition. Elena is the epitome of excellent customer service!

Picked up my order today to take those beautiful flowers to a friend I am visiting for Thanksgiving,loved the arrangement ,they did a great job , thank you
