SOUTHERN TWIST FLORAL & GIFT SHOP

I ordered flowers for a funeral through tribute center store and they dispatched my order to Southern Twist. After the order was placed, the Southern Twist sent a confirmation that they received it. The order was made 24 hours before the funeral service and on the morning of the funeral, the floral shop sent tribute an email stating that they could not fulfil the order. I received notice of this 45 minutes before the funeral and was not able to get flowers on such short notice. I am very displeased by the whole process.

Not sure why we received the email asking us to review your flower delivery because this company simply took our money and didn't deliver any flowers. A staff member called me, annoyed, to say she couldn't deliver bc their business didn't use gps or smart phones to find addresses. Well, i didn't even know that i was getting flowers, so she ruined that surprise. So i never received the flowers my husband sent for my birthday (hundreds of dollars worth mind you, he didn't get the cheap flower arrangement ) AND then the company refused to refund him. At the time he also asked for any other business suggestions that offer gifts/flowers so I would receive two sets of flowers and im pretty sure she told him a fake business bc that business simply took his money and never tried to deliver anything at all. So dissapointing and stressful. This establishment has very poor business practices, low integrity, and customer service. You're a flower business, get it together. We reordered the flowers from a reputable Greenville business and it went wonderfully. I believe this Southern Twist company in Belton must be in someones basement. DO NOT support this business

If you ever need flowers this is the place to go. Most of the flowers I have to send are put of town and state. They go above and beyond to make certain that they find a good florist and that the flowers are delivered on time.

Called today - spoke with Betty to place the delivery of a flower. She was pleasant to speak with. Thank you Betty
