The people here are very nice and you can tell love working there. Very nice and knowledgeable staff. I took my pets in for a checkup, so I didn't need anything to extravagant but they were great. Not too long of a wait (I had an appointment). I did notice someone came in (who was upset) and they immediately took them in a different room, so they could have privacy. I thought this was great, as I wouldn't want others staring at me, if I was this person. They truly do care about their patients (both animals and people).
I have been a client with Great Lakes for 20 years. The staff are caring and compassionate. They rejoice with you at a new addition, and they comfort you as you say goodbye to a beloved pet. I highly recommend them.
They are THE best. Caring, friendly, knowledgeable. Dr. Jeff has treated all our animals for many years. He educates, he cares, his focus is as much on functionality as it is on advanced vet care. Excellent pain management services. The clinic collaborates well with other vet clinics / services
Dr. Jeff and staff are phenominal. Wouldn't take our Newfoundland anywhere else.
