I am IRATE at the arrangement I received! I ordered it directly through the funeral homes website, that stated they would use a local florist, with the expectations that in my absence the arrangement I selected would send a grand gesture of sympathy to my family for their loss, however, when I received a photo of the so called arrangement I sent I was immediately upset at the fact I just paid $132 for them TO SHOVE A HANDFUL OF FLOWERS IN A VASE THAT RESEMBLES NOTHING EVEN REMOTELY CLOSE TO WHAT I THOUGHT I WAS PURCHASING! Huge disappointment for a time that matters the most, and trying to express and share with family when you cannot be there so you try to send something that represents how you feel to share in that time with them!
