Awesome group of people! They have been amazing with my dog!
Great people, they've taken great care of my dogs.
So I called to try and make an appointment for my puppy and they said just come in at anytime we don’t take appointments. So the next day I took a couple of vacation hours at work to take my puppy in. On my way up there I decided to called again to see how much it was going to be, so that I could withdraw money from ATM.nAnd the receptionist gave me a price, but said they could not take me in because she was (booked). I told her I could wait as long as it took, but no she said I could try the next day or later that afternoon.
Incompetent, unorganized, inability to produce estimates for routine procedures, personally insulting.
