Broadway Florist

We have used Broadway florist for many years with our large family BUT After the loss of my father and the stress that goes along with it the ladies at Broadway Florist were absolutely horrible helping us. They had absolutely no patience or compassion and were totally rude and mean. It’s amazes me they are still in business.nn***edit***nSince we can’t respond to the owners comment I’m adding an edit!! His/her response is a total lie!! We had 2 cards and neither one of them was denied. They never once said sorry or apologized and there was no refund because we made sure to put a stop on the payment of over $300 since they only tore up the invoice AFTER the card went through and we were about to sign the receipt. I never once said she threw the paper at us. The owner of the card never stepped back in that shop and never will!! There were 2 transactions going on and they messed up charging tax on one and wanted the other to pay her for it and they’d take it off her order. We kept telling them it was 2 separate people and 2 separate transactions. That’s when she got rude and hateful. Very upsetting for them to flat out lie about the whole transaction!

So grateful for the wonderful service they provided. They helped answer all my questions and made the most beautiful arrangements!! I highly recommend them!

Meh... flowers are ok, but nothing special. The staff- owner are very unprofessional.nWon't ever go back because they push their personal political opinion. They are free to support and say what they want and I am free to never darken their doorstep again. The are plenty of other, better florists in the metro.nWin-Win.nPeace.nnEdited to add... the reply says it all.nVery unprofessional.

My grieving family was treated absolutely HORRIFIC today when they went in to arrange flowers for my grandpa's upcoming funeral after loosing him to a long difficult battle to cancer.nAfter my grandmother forgot to tell her that she was tax exempt before her card was ran, I mean how can you blame her after loosing her husband just yesterday. The owner was too ignorant to know how to simply process a refund for the first transaction & re-run the card without taxes to remedy it so she took it out on my family. Finally the owner opted to threaten them with just canceling it which at that point they agreed to just get out of there. Luckily they found another florist that was extremely respectful & empathetic. Please do not ever support this business nor go in if you are going through a hard time. The owner has been deleting the reviews my family has posted and lying to try to save face on social media but she should be issuing an apology to my family.

Neighbor had a gun pulled in his front yard when the owner sherry johnoson tried to force a person out of their own vehicle at gun point and then at very close range pointed a gun at his head. That is the level of people that own this store so be forewarned if you do business with them. If they have a disagreement with you they may aim a loaded weapon at your head at very close range or they may attempt to pull you from your vehicle or both. Lucky the whole incident was captured on video and has been given to the Cleveland County District Attorneys Office. She may seem like a great person but looks can be deceiving.nAccording to the video it was your family that was speeding, failed to signalz ran a stop sign then when both vehicles came to stop tried to ram the other vehicle. Then you weren't even in the vehicle. You came to the incident tried to enter some one else vehicle with a fire arm and then when someone tried to stop you from breaking into the vehicle pulled a gun and asked it at some ones head. No one else brandished a gun. Also when the police arrived sayed they didn't pull a gun on any one. I can make the video public if you would like and we can let everyone decide for themselves but according the moore police department detective who saw the video he agreed it could attempted armes gtabd theft auto, and 2 counts of assult with a dealy weapon. No one was getting physical and the guy you pulled the gun on was actually standing on his front porch cause he didn't want to get into anything with your daughter but got out of the vehicle and walked away until you tried to enter the vehicle his gf was in. You ma'am took a verbal argument 5 levela higher by attempting to break into the vehicle for who knows why and then pulled a gun when some one tried to stop you. I hope you got a good lawyer cause you are going to need it. Again let me know if you would like the public to see the video so they can see what happened. Yoir logic of i was only protecting my family when you are clearing the one trying to get into some one else vehicle us very flawed. Clearly emotions are running high but prior to your arrival it was 2 ladies arguing over who should back up their car. If any one of you would have taken 2 second to go this is dumb and backed up 5 feet it would have taken 3 seconds of your time but you took it from a 2 to a 10 by first involving yourself and trying to get into a vehicle of some one 1/3 your age wurh a gun to make them move their car and then say you are protecting yourself when some tries to stop you is ridiculous. You should be ashamed and you should at least at least admit emotions were high and you over reacted and should apologize to poor guy.
