Very impressed with the service at this establishment. I went in to order a sympathy arrangement to be delivered the same day. Gave them my budget, we chose a vase/urn, I told the young lady who was assisting me that I wanted a chic, organic arrangement with mostly white, green and just a tiny touch of color.
I was able to chat with someone right away to ask questions, which saved me the expense of an international mobile call
We ordered these flowers on the morning of the day they were to be delivered, so I gave them three stars for getting the flowers delivered by a reasonable time that day. However, what we ordered versus what was delivered are vastly different. The vase was nowhere near the same (they did call to communicate that they did not have the advertised vase) and the flowers were not exactly comparable. Ultimately, I will not be using this florist again as the quality and inaccuracy of the delivered flowers. I have attached a picture below for reference.
We have a family member at OU Med Center and live in Ohio. Due to CoVid, it was EXTREMELY difficult to get a florist who would deliver to that hospital due to the hospital's drop-off policy, but Lisa and Randy were willing. It took two days and several visits, but they were finally able to get our flowers and gifts delivered. They stayed in contact with us every day to let us know what was going on and really went the extra mile. THANK YOU SO SO SO MUCH!
I ordered an arrangement online for a delivery about a week later. The arrangement that was delivered was nothing remotely close to what I ordered online. The flowers also smelled like cigarettes when they arrived and needed to be aired out before they could be brought into the house.
