Would give zero stars if I could. Walked in and wasn’t greeted, just looked at. Which is fine but it made us very uncomfortable. When someone finally greeted us we told them we were looking for flower arrangements for a funeral. They literally just showed us to a table where some books were of some flower arrangements for funerals and then walked off to do other stuff. The women never told us if she would be back or not and we just looked at the book for a bit but just weren’t exactly sure what we wanted. Felt like it was very rude of them to do as we had never needed flowers for a funeral before so did not know what we were exactly looking for and would’ve appreciated more assistance and help in looking.
I ordered flowers for a same day delivery and was not disappointed. I asked for them to be delivered at a specific time and they came thru. Would highly recommend, very reasonable prices and great customer service.
Very friendly and helpful. The shop is very neat and has nice displays. I will definately be shopping here again.
Certain flowers my mom picked for dad's funeral weren't available. The team did very well in finding substitutes and making mom happy with getting the look on the arrangements that she wanted.
