Fantastic service! I ordered flowers for my wife’s birthday and she was completely blown away. The presentation was on point and the flowers were great! We had a small hiccup with a missing item. Mistakes happen! What really matters is how a company handles those mistakes. I am deployed so I had to send an email. I got a reply from Shelly in less than an hour. She apologized and offered to bring the item out to my wife. What’s more, she took ownership of the mistake! This small issue has led to Okie Gals being the only flower shop I will use in the Chickasha area. Presentation, quality, and customer service all on point 100%! From out of state, by phone I ordered flowers for my sister's birthday, and requested a little tweaking to the arrangement. Sister sent me a picture of the flowers. It was fantastic and way beyond my expectations! Truly beautiful!

I am in California needed a plant or flowers for family members that are sick. I wish I could remember the name of the lady that help me. She sent me pictures of things that she suggested she gave me a suggestion she was very helpful. We decided on a beautiful dish garden and then she added gorgeous color into it. Send me more pictures. I can’t thank her enough for all of our help and the family absolutely loved what they delivered.
