Melissa did a wonderful job with my mothers funeral. We wanted it simple but nice & with only immediate family. Mother had suffered enough & we surely didnt need or want to have a viewing. Melissa made all that happen for us just the way we wanted. I am so happy she decided to have her funeral home in Willow Springs. Thank you so much Rachel Family Funeral Home!

I do not recommend Rachel's Family Funeral Home. We came to them in February 2020. They messed up the obituary posted in the N&O. We still do not have the headstone. Our last conversation we were told we would get a full refund and would have the headstone in place. All they do is make excuses and blame the other person for the mistake. My husband called again today, as soon as he gave his name she hung up on him. Do not waste time with these people.

My father passed away in April. We have been waiting for the headstone for several months. We have made multiple phone calls, sent emails, sent notifications via the web and no one has even attempted to call us back. We understand if there is a problem or an error or even if related to COVID, but we don’t understand not receiving a call or email back
