Harris Teeter

I don't live nearby, but as a housekeeper I shop at this location every 2 weeks for my client. Personally, it is a bit pricey for my limited budget, but my client was thrilled when they finally opened a store so close to his house so he likes to support them.nnI will say that the customer service here is top notch! There has been a lot of turnover since the pandemic which has caused a decline in some of the newer staff, but the senior members of staff are still fantastic, and I hope as the pandemic wanes things will return to normal. In these times you have to cut businesses a little slack, I think.nnLike most Harris Teeter stores I have visited, the produce and meat departments are much better quality than you might find at cheaper stores like Food Lion or Walmart. The variety of brands carried in shelf stable products is also impressive, and there are a few I can't find anywhere else, so I'll grab them for myself while shopping for my client.nnWhenever they are out of a product that is on special sale, they always allow me to purchase a competitive brand for the sale price, which is definitely not something I've ever been offered at other stores before!nnThere are always staff members scattered throughout the store who offer assistance without having to hunt someone down. Travis in particular has always been eager to help in any way he can!nnMy biggest complaint about the store is that they rearrange too frequently. When you shop the same items week after week, it is frustrating to find that they are no longer where you expect them to be! But at least there are always those helpful employees to help you locate them again!

My first time at this location. Was deliberately ignored by not one but TWO separate associates.nnIt's not worth it to pay double the prices of every other grocery store for far worse service. Absolutely terrible.nnWill be recommending that everyone I know avoids this store.

Well stocked overall. The produce was all fresh and they had a huge variety. The staff was friendly.

Carter in the deli, slowest worker I’ve ever seen in my life. It’s Friday, which is sub day, please put someone quicker in the deli on days you know you will be busy. This is ridiculous!!

Stocks were good, customer service always great! A little more expensive than some other grocery stores but can usually find all those little extras.
