Was not satisfied with there customer service.nThey buried my grandma in the wrong spot.nThe did not have guest book and bulletins at the church after it was discussed we would have family and friends 1hour before graveside service.nnI would not recommend.nVery unorganized.nEven sat the chairs up on a hill for us to sit in REALLY.
Great Funeral Home that has a staff with a heart..
The people at Cox-Needham were just great when my Grandfather died. They were very helpful in assisting my family with funeral arrangements, casket choice, funeral sprays and other flowers and whatever else we needed. The people at Cox-Needham are like part of our family and it's a great feeling to know they are there for people in their time of need. Love Cox-Needham!
