Received a condolence arrangement with wilted flowers and what appeared to be a used ribbon tied around the vase. My mother in law called because she was upset and has yet to have gotten a response. What a way to handle business especially during a time of bereavement.

Awful looking flowers! Ordered through Avas (big mistake), and it took 2 days to get the flowers delivered. Then to make things worse, the flowers were wilted and poorly arranged. I could have done them myself and they would have looked better! Picture of what they should look like and what they actually looked like!

We called the National Vault Florist at the last minute and they where able to help us in a major way. National Florist assisted us in picking out the flower, delivered it to the funeral home and sent us a picture of the flower as well as called us the next day to make sure we liked everything about the flower and that it had been delivered. We spoke on the phone with the owner for serveral minutes in general conversation and was just please and relax with his willingness to help in out time if need. If we ever need to use a florist again in this or surrounding areas we will definitely use National Vault Florist again and we Highly recommend them.nThank you!nOut of state customers

Very poor looking tasteless arrangement arrived 8:00pm TWO DAYS LATE!!! Looked like it has been to several funerals before getting to my belated birthday. Shame!
