As our wedding florist, the staff was very confident with what they were doing and we mostly followed their lead on what we would need. Very happy with the flowers, very fresh and the bouquets were amazing. The guests loved them. We were also provided some pillars with ferns for the wedding ceremony, which was a really nice touch. Very happy and would recommend.

Just ordered flowers again from Forget-Me-Not and was beyond happy with the customer service. I went in, not sure of what to get my girlfriend (I’m not a flower guy) and they happily pointed me in the right direction of what they thought my she would like. Everyone was so friendly and she said the flowers were so stylish and couldn’t stop talking about them. Y’all have a forever customer over here!

Do not order from website. Called and stated that even though I ordered what I did front eh website, they couldn't change and give me what they wanted to because their prices are not correct and stated they don't have access to there website to change anything and just gonna give you what they decide to give you. Stated they could not do anything about it.

I walked in the store set on buying some flowers and was greeted with the stench of a thousand cigarettes. I was a little taken aback, since I had been expecting to smell...ya know...flowers, but i thought i would take a look at what the shop had to offer. My reasoning was, well, I won't be here long, so I squashed the urge to immediately turn and leave. They had a nice layout and some beautiful arrangements, so I walked to the counter to talk to the florist. She was in the back doing an arrangement, but we made eye contact as I came to the counter so I expected that she would come out, or at least say something. Having worked in a flower shop myself in the past, I knew she might need a second before she came out, but i waited at the counter, watching her working on her arrangement for a full 5 minutes. She did not come out, or say anything to me. At this point I was suffocating from the cigarette smell and had to get out of there. I left empty handed and dissapointed. I will not be returning to this shop, and I will be getting my flowers elsewhere.
