Went above and beyond to make sure my flower arrangement and deliver was everything and then some for Assistant Principal's Week!! I wanted to do something special for my Assistant Principal at work and I definitely came to the right place. I placed my order online and I was blown away with the amazing care and service I was given!! They sent me pictures along the way, was in contact throughout the day and even confirmed delivery! Birch n Willow did an outstanding job designing a beautiful floral arrangement that I ordered as a gift. She worked with the color scheme I requested and the recipient of the arrangement was thrilled with the gift. I highly recommend this florist for gifts and everyday arrangements. I believe she provided me with a great product and value for the cost.

I couldn’t say enough good things about this florist. The lovely humans at Birch n’ Willow completely saved the day after a bad experience with a “national” flower delivery company back at Valentine’s Day. They took over the order, made it and ensured same-day delivery, and made it prettier than I could have imagined. I’ve already ordered again and I’m so confident that it’ll be prettier than I can imagine (because all the bouquets and arrangements are)!
Ordered a custom piece for the valentine holiday and was blown away at the the quality! Hand downs the best flowers in the area! They were great through the ordering process and able to design a piece along my vision! I would 10 stars if possible.
