Phenomenal service is an UNDERSTATEMENT! I live out of state and needed a Flower Arrangement sent to my aunt in ICU. I called Annie’s flowers LLC and was instantly happy I made that decision! Annie and her staff were super kind and helpful from the time I placed my order (in which they helped me handpick a “Get well soon” arrangement that was BEAUTIFUL) until the time it was delivered by them! They kept me informed and posted every step of the way! I wish I could give them 6 stars!
I live out of town and needed to send flowers to a relatives funeral. I wanted to use a local florist in Henderson or Oxford. Found Annie's through a G Search and looked over there website. They had nice images of arrangements posted so I called them. I told them what I wanted to spend, and I needed delivery to church in less than 24 hours. Annie & staff tracked down all the local details, put the message my mother wanted on the card, paid with CC over the phone, emailed me invoice and picture of arrangement. Excellent customer service!
I am always satisfied with the caring and professional services provided by Annie's Flowers. The personal touch of reaching out with a phone call and emailing me a picture of the delivery is exceptional! This is just small town, down home common courtesy.
Wonderful, wonderful, wonderful, even sent a picture of final product and confirmation it was delivered. Excellent customer service beyond friendly, even delivered package early at my request because my dad was leaving work early. Highly recommended will definitely be using again!
Really wonderful place to do business with! The arrangement was absolutely gorgeous! I was emailed with some delivery issues that were easy to figure out and I was so glad for the personal service and their commitment to getting things done well! I highly recommend Annie's Flowers!
