We found the staff to be very friendly and informative. Dr Mott did a great job of caring for our cats. I highly recommend them.

I called to get my cat in to see a vet. I explained that she was having trouble breathing, would not eat or drink and was losing weight. They said they couldn't get her in for 3 weeks! I told them I didn't think she would make it that long. They couldn't see her sooner. I called my old vet, who had me bring her in the next morning and drop her off, so they could see her in between appointments. Town and Country didn't care enough to do that.nNext, my grandson's dog went there to be spayed. They called at 5:00 to say they could pick up the dog. They live an hour away. The office would not stay open for 5 extra minutes in case they did not make it in time. I went to get her. They did not check to see who I was or if it was okay for me to get the dog. They just gave her to me. She is a purebred Husky, that someone could want to steal. I wasn't even in my car yet and they had the lights out, doors locked and they were driving out of the driveway. My old vet once stayed a half hour past closing to see my cat in an emergency.nI highly warn you not to bring your beloved pets to this heartless facility!

Only reason I gave one star is to be able to write a review. A lady that works there takes dogs off people's property if no one is close enough to stop her. She was spotted doing it. Be aware, for the safety of you pets. I am hoping she gets recorded next time.

Brought my father in law’s dog a month ago, we asked for blood work. They refused to do that and said she had fleas and a tape worm. We checked her and the other animals when we got him none of them had fleas. Still gave them the treatment and gave her her tapeworm meds. Tried to get her in a month later because she hasn’t improved and it’s an emergency at this point. They said they didn’t care and find another vet. We did and now his dog has a 20-25% chance of surviving limes disease and kidney failure that could have been prevented if they would have done the blood work like we asked from the beginning. Please don’t bring your pets here, they don’t care!nnEdit: she lost her battle, please don’t bring your animals here!

So very happy that the staff was able to fit us into the schedule today. Our dog had a ear infection and also noticed that he needed a rabies vaccine. All taken care of! Excellent staff and vet..Dr. Mott
