EXCELLENT EXCELLENT EXCELLENT customer service! We have been taking our pets there for quite some time and not once had anything but stellar service. The staff are very caring towards the animals so I feel very comfortable leaving our pets in their care. They are also a full service facility and are reasonably priced.
Overall the experience was great. My only issue is the price of the medication. 75$ for one single pill of heartworm prevention is outrageous. I agree that its important and my dog needs it but wow.
This is the hardest time of my life. I had my dog tank for 14 in a half years. He had to go to doggy heaven today. The nurses and doctor was the kindest people I have ever met. They helped me threw each and every step. I love this animal hospital. They even did paw prints in cement for me and going to paint them for free. This place is so amazing!!! The Doctor that is there. He is an awesome person , he know what he is doing. I would recommend him to anyone, because he is a Loving Animal Doctor. He is nice to all his Animals.Thank you all for everything that you have done for me. God Bless you all !!!!!!
We travel about 30 minutes to come here and I would travel so many more. I cannot say enough great things about Dr. Riddell. He has went above and beyond for each of my furbabies. This is not just a job to him you can tell he truly cares. He first diagnosed one of our cats with cancer he followed her care all the way til the end. When we brought her in as an emergency he was not there but came in to see it through. I will never forget that. It meant so much not having to have those talks with a different vet. He handles my fearful not so friendly dog wonderfully. Others would just throw a muzzle on him but Dr. Riddell he takes however much time it takes to warm up to him. Sometimes there’s a wait but I never complain because they’ve taken us as an emergency before so I understand and I’m thankful not to be that owner that day. Trust me you don’t always see everything going on in the back. I would not trust my babies to anyone else. He is the best vet hands down in NC.
