Ordered FTD All is Bright bouquet for delivery today directly through Waters' website last night. Got a call today from the owner--they didn't have the container pictured so she substituted one that was the same color; she also had to sub orange roses for one of the colors of carnations. Both of these subs were fine. What was NOT fine was what my friend received (although she thinks it is pretty, I know it's more about the sentiment for her) compared to what was pictured. If I was closer, I could have done better getting a bunch of stems from the grocery store. At the end of the day, it's about why I sent them, not what she received. But I appreciate feeling like I'm getting my money's worth/something I specifically chose for a reason. I feel like this just looks like they didn't care enough to try.
