Could only give review based on today because it's the first time I went there. Stopped by 2 times today to get 2 fresh cut flower arrangements for my 2 daughters to give to them today. 1st time I went about 11 am no one was in the shop and there were no pre-made vases of flowers in the cooler. Second time I went back at 1pm the door was locked. The delivery vans were there the second time I was there. There was a white tent set up out front but there was nothing in it and no one was out there either. I know alot of people order online and I started to order them online but wanted to see pre-made arrangements and the vases they were in and I wanted my daughter's to get them today so I was going to deliver them myself that why I made 2 trips. Very disappointed.

Flowers by the Falls is the best florist I have ever done business with! I have been in the shop several times, both at their old location on S. Battleground Rd. and their new location on E. King St., and they are the best group of people to deal with. The owner Judy truly loves what she does and you can tell from the quality of their work. Tim and Julie are great too. Just a great group of people who do make beautiful flowers and provide top notch service. Thank you Flowers by the Falls!
