Dr. Krause is wonderful. She is taking great care of our high needs baby....consulting the vet at NC State Vet hospital who took care of him while he was there. She and the staff are very caring and take great care of all our four legged babies!!

Dr. Westbrock is impeccable! He can look at my Bentley dog and with in 5 minutes knows what is wrong. Sabrina is truly amazing she has so much compassion and understanding for our furry family members and us as furry pet parents. Truly blessed to have them and the staff caring for my dog. Outstanding service and super reasonable prices. I wouldn't go any where else!!

Really like Dr Westbrook but he is not there that much anymore. When he is there he always treated our dogs like his own. But now its difficult to get anyone to answer the phone, It seems to me that has just become another business. My friend had an 1130 appt today for check up and shots, She was there on time and tried over and over to call but no one answered. So, she went in and finally got someone to come to the front desk. They told her she had to reschedule, even though she was there on time. Wasn't her fault no one answered the phone, Very disappointed on how this once reliable and and caring clinic had been declining in their services. I even wonder if Dr Westbrook knows how disappointed and frustrated the clients are becoming. And it also seems to me that they want to do tests that are unnecessary, without letting clients know that these test are not required. Dr Westbrook, I know you want to retire, but please step in and make necessary changes to return the clinic that it once was. Again, She was there before her scheduled appt time and started calling as instructed on the paper. We knew she was there on time because she started texting us wanting to know what she should do.
