When I call for a flower arrangement. The person on the phone was rude no phone etiquettes. Hung up on me without a word
Called this shop and as of Jan 2021 they were closed. None of the other shops listed nearby did not answer the phone, perhaps they are out of business also.
The worst customer service I have ever experienced on the phone.
I've used this place several times to send funeral flowers and they do a great job. Best I have seen in the area. The gentleman even delivered flowers for me to a place outside of Water Valley and I greatly appreciated it. Good customer service.
