Spoke with who I believe was the owner or manager and had an excellent customer service experience. I was ordering flowers from Nebraska for a funeral service and she was caring enough to give me a suggestion that could be split up between family members which was very thoughtful and she said she was going to personally deliver the flowers this evening or early tomorrow morning. Kudos to this business for their customer service and caring about their customers.
Excellent service! I called on the Saturday before Mother’s Day and they made sure my grandmother and my aunt received their flowers on Saturday! Both were very pleased with the arrangements! Friendly, professional and a job well done! Thank you!
I set up a subscription delivery service with them to deliver flowers to my Mother-In-Law on her birthday and on Mother's Day every year. Catherine and the other customer service rep that took my information were wonderful.
