We have used Always and Forever for years! I live out of state, and know that I can trust them to deliver beautiful flowers to my friends and family back home.Today they delivered another beautiful bouquet! We will continue to be loyal customers because they have great service and are so dependable.

Shout out to Lady Di’s in Ocean Springs for getting us out of the situation this “business” put us in. We met with Always and Forever a month ago, showed pictures of the bouquet my daughter wanted, text pictures of it and was even given a price to do it. We were told to come back 3 weeks before the wedding (today) to pay and have time to order the flowers. TODAY, we were told it couldn’t be done. They were EXTREMELY rude, unapologetic and completely unprofessional. Little did they know that our business has an account with them that will NEVER be used again! If I could give them 0 stars, I would. NEVER AGAIN! Thank you Lady Di’s for taking us last minute!
I don’t like writing this as I have a small business myself, but I cannot let someone else order without knowing this beforehand. I ordered a REAL plant (hydrangeas) from their website for a grieving friend. To my surprise, a plant with FAKE hydrangeas was delivered. I am shocked and embarrassed that this would even happen. I called and was given the same excuse it looks like others have been given that online it states substitutions will be made. I’m sorry but my general thought is that any substitutions would be REAL as I paid for a real plant!!!!! If that isn’t the case, why would you not call to discuss with the customer OR state very clearly online as well that subs may be fake? I have never heard of ordering real flowers and fake ones being delivered. My advice: Don’t order online, and be very specific in stating that you don’t want fake flowers.
My boyfriend surprised me with flowers, balloons, chocolate and a teddy bear. The flowers were beautiful and smelled amazing! The only negative was the box of chocolates, the bottom half was full of chocolate that had started turning white.
